Issuer Identification
- Name or company name
- Complete address
- UID number (if registered in the Commercial Register)
- VAT number (if subject to VAT)
Client Identification
- Name or company name
- Complete address
Invoice Details
- Unique and sequential invoice number
- Issue date
- Due date (payment term)
- Detailed description of services/products
- Quantity and unit price
- Amount excl. VAT, VAT, incl. VAT
Banking Details
- IBAN
- BIC/SWIFT (international payments)
- QR code (mandatory for payment slips)
Specific VAT Information
If you are subject to VAT:
- VAT number in format CHE-XXX.XXX.XXX MWST
- Applied VAT rate (8.1%, 3.8% or 2.6%)
- VAT amount per rate
- Total amount incl. VAT
If you are not subject to VAT: mention "VAT not applicable - non-registered business".
