Is there a minimum commitment?
No, ToBill works with no commitment. You can subscribe to the monthly plan and cancel at any time. If you choose the annual plan at 250 CHF, you get 2 months free, equivalent to 20.83 CHF/month instead of 25 CHF/month. The annual subscription is billed once at the start of the period.
How does the free trial work?
The ToBill free trial lasts 10 days and gives you access to all features of the SMEs / Freelancers plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be automatically deactivated.
What payment methods do you accept?
ToBill accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, and bank transfer for annual subscriptions. All payments are secure and processed in Switzerland. You receive a compliant invoice for each payment.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes, you can switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan at any time to benefit from the discount. Cancellation is possible at any time from your client area. If you cancel a current annual plan, you keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation penalty is applied.
