Is there a minimum commitment?
No, To Bill works with no commitment. You can subscribe to the monthly plan and cancel at any time. If you choose the annual plan, you get 2 months free. The annual subscription is billed once at the start of the period.
How does the free trial work?
The To Bill free trial lasts 7 days and gives you access to all features of your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be automatically deactivated.
What payment methods do you accept?
To Bill accepts payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, and bank transfer for annual subscriptions. All payments are secure and processed in Switzerland. You receive a compliant invoice for each payment.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. Cancellation is possible at any time from your client area. If you cancel a current annual plan, you keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation penalty is applied.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly quotas?
With a monthly subscription, your quotas (clients, invoices, etc.) reset each month. With an annual subscription, you get a more generous yearly quota. For example, the Starter plan offers 2 clients/month on monthly billing, but 30 clients/year on annual billing.
